Since 2008, Viking Affordable Housing has acquired over 2,800 units of Section 8 HAP multi-family housing, located throughout the United States and ranging in individual project-size from a low of 32 units to a high of 324 units, with an average project size of 110 units. Viking currently owns and manages a substantial Section 8 portfolio located in select areas of the southern, eastern and midwestern United States, and currently generates tax-deferred average annual cash flow returns of over 10%.
